How to Order?

Delivery Options


We will process the delivery once the order is paid, confirmed and stocks are available. All orders will be scheduled for delivery after payment is received, and confirmed that delivery fee is to be paid upon receiving the item.

🚗 Delivery Area

We deliver to Metro Manila and Nationwide.

🕐 Business Hours

We are open everyday from 9:00am - 6:00pm to assist you with your orders. 

🕐 Delivery Schedule

We only process deliveries every Monday - Friday that starts at 10:00am. We do NOT deliver on Weekends and Holidays.

  • Items that are on-hand will be ready to ship within the day.
  • Estimated to be received 1-3 days within Metro Manila.
  • Estimated to be received 4-7 days for Provinces.

💸 Delivery Fees

We don't have our own delivery fleet, so we only book (Lalamove and J&T Express) on behalf of our customers. Total amount on your cart is EXCLUDING the delivery fee.

We can give you an estimate, but it may change due to sudden surcharges from Lalamove if you are within Metro Manila. We will inform you with the final delivery fee you have to pay once we have booked the delivery of your order.

- Available to Metro Manila ONLY and customers will be the one to book the courier.

- Only applies to Php 2,000 orders and below. If you wish to continue, we have to split your orders to 2 riders which will cost you double the delivery fee amount.

COD Instructions:

1. Kindly wait for our confirmation to start the booking of your delivery once order is prepared, confirmed and stocks are available. We do not deliver on weekends and holidays. Note: If the prices are with cent amount, we will round the price up for you and riders convenience. (Ex. Php 100.50 will be rounded up to Php 101.00)

2. Make sure that the address and pin is correct. Please include your order number on the Rider's Notes.

3. Make sure that your book is "Purchase/Pabili Service" where the rider will pay upfront to us first upon receiving the items, and you will pay directly to the rider upon arriving to your address.

4. Once you have booked a rider, please inform us via email or on any of our contact details below.

Orders that are not paid and confirmed after 3 days will be automatically canceled.

Pre-order


Items that are in "Pre-order" status will be delivered as soon as stocks are available. We will let you know asap the status of your order.

️🛒 In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:

  • Absence of the recipient
  • Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
  • Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
  • Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
  • No-show cancellations
  • Failure to receive the Order within thirty to forty five (30-45) minutes from the time of delivery with invalid reason for not accepting to receive the items delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

🛒 Each product will be labeled with the expiration date. We recommend order for immediate consumption only, as most of our product shelf life is quite short. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
